I live in Canada and I was wondering if someone could give me a price on a reprogrammed yaosm 3.2 chip? or for 10 chip? I prefer 12f683

Is there somewhere I can buy a reliable programmer that will work for sure to program?? (usb)

I can't seem to find a programmer other than the pic kit 2. OR should I just fork out the money and get one?

I want to use yaosm 3.2 but don't know if it is worth getting the programmer or just buying reprogrammed. Some advice would be great

If you get preprogrammed 12f683 with yaosm 3.2 all is fine. You can buy the programmer later if you really need it but I don't think so.
