Yep, the latest batch with gold dots work perfect on all Wii's so far, no problems at all. Older ones without dots won't work on some d2c2 and d2e wii's, but both work flawless once working/installed. Very impressed.

The gold dot ones are perfect so far, the older non-gold-dot ones have many compatibility problems especially with d2c and d2c2 chipsets though. Haven't had to use them extensively on d2e either so I cannot comment on that, but so far so good.

Even the gold dot are still haveing problems i have 6 chips now that will not boot (like the regio is set wrong) starts spinning than speeds up and 2 sec later the drive is stopped.
Also about 15 chips back from clients that the chips will not boot in D2C2 and even D2C i also had this problem in some wii's myself. use same wires and placed another 9 wire mod that boots fine so it's not a wire problem but a firmware issue.

Anyhow my opinion is there is still a lot of fine tunning on the chip's firmware

i must say the wii's that take the Wiizard runs perfectly
