They response is very good just sended a bitchy D2C2 drive yesterday to the Wizzard team. It will soon be fixed.
The cusomer support is realy excelent better then any other team out there.
Just wait and see how soon it will be fixed.
How many times have I heard that before...
Lets just see what happens and not jump the gun, they have not proven anything yet and there is nothing strikingly unique about the design either but if they can fix the problems and make it stable on the drive boards they say it supports then there is always a place in the market for them...
They have recieved my drive and 2 hours after that i got a email confirming that the problem has been found and fixed.
They straid shipped out new chips (before i can even ship the old once back) find another team willing to help out as much as this team is doing. Lots of respect to them
yes thats right the update for the drive is done !, problem solved and not bad eather ,thats some fast problem solving ,impressive yes !,i guess these next order of chips will have this fix included !
you might have to send them back for reprogramming
i might email and see if there will be an update disk ! its not realy an issue for alot of poeple it only happens with some drives not all d2c2
Not occurring on all d2c2 drives. The team is offering to replace the current batch if we ship it back with new ones that will work on all Wii's. I am going to wait for a sample to confirm prior to ordering more.
it's reported for several installers that problematic d2c2's boards are working flawless using the alternative CK on board (same as for ARGON/D2PRO),,, the schematic has been modified and this CK is added like Alt. CK,please use it if it's required...
