With normal bettary, my remote can only work around 2 weeks. I try to use the rechargable bettary. But i found from the manual that we can not use rechargable bettary. Is that true?

Thanks,
Here one of the best things I bought for my Wii the Nyko Charge Station, saves a ton on batteries and is around $20-30 very reasonable. http://www.nyko.com/nyko/products/?i=102

I am looking at that NYKO charge station I buy a 16 pack of Duracell's every month.
I'd like to have the NYKO charge station. Currently I am using rechargable batteries. 2 in the wiimote and 2 in the charger at all times. When the wiimote starts to get low, I switch them out.
It would probably be cheaper to buy the NYKO charge station instead of buying rechargable batteries and a battery charger. But I already had the charger and batteries lying around.
I have the Nyko charge station, and it sucks. Maybe I just got a bad one, but the battery will be full and the wiimote will shut down all of a sudden. Its probably a connection coming loose. Its only a matter of "when I get around to it" before I return this p.o.s. to Wally. If you do get one, be careful with the pins in the charger. They are very easy to bend.
oh my god i use a duracell 15 minute charger and i bought like 12 rechargeable aa's
its the nicest thing in the world cause i have 4 extra batteries that just sit in the charger, and then when a remote goes down i jsut swap out and when i have 4 dead one, i just run a 15 minute cycle and have 4 more sitting there ready to go, whole setup cost me about 35 bucks for 12 AA's and a 15 minute charger
