for what? where its hooked up, gives 3.3v which is what the LED draws,
if you were to use a red led, u may want a 10ohm resistor or sumthing like that
but white and blue it isnt required
its all in the tutorail, did u read it?

So you put no current limiting in your circuit and merely depended on the impedance of your power supply? Sounds like you're just itching to smoke that LED.

how much amp does the led draw? if u hook it up in parallel wouldn't it decrease the amount of current going thru other part of the circuit?
