Classic Controller LEDs

Anyone know where I can find a tutorial on how to add a backlight to the classic controller buttons? I did it to the wiimote but can't find a tut to do it to the classic.

i dont think their is one,

i can make one the next classic controller i get, but some1 may beat me to it ;-)
If i recall, i jus got power from the red wire on the harness, and black for the ground.

I looked for a tutorial for a while too and couldn't find anything. But i just ended up hot glueing a 3mm led in the middle of the A B buttons and running the leads to where the main cable attaches to the PCB. I don't remember the pins I used exactly, but if you have a multimeter, you can find the right ones pretty easily, or just guess based on color.

I just did this mod last night, it was the easiest of them all. Right where you would think that the LED should go there is a row of points, bust out your multimeter and find the ones you need (I forgot to take pictures)

Also, does anyone know what the sliders inside the controller control?
