So Re-inventing the tilting systems in the WIIMOTE are Wii
I followed one of this sites links from Wiimote Dissected and found this (image below) a supposed Tilt Controller compatible with the wiimote

oh yeah here it is Sparkfuns Dissected controller and here to buy the so named WiTilt Buy WiTilt* *quite often out of stock!!
