Solder the DMS jumper, and cut the 4 lines. As well, if you solder a wire from point f on the wiiclip to point q, it is solderless to the Wii

Can anyone confirm that the f to q point fix for the wasabi/V5B clip work on D2E drives?

I try to install this chip on my Wii today, but my drive couldn't read the disc. Do I need to cut the 4 threads to make it work?
