Default any way to downgrade with savemii??

if i was to use the savemii dongle/savemiifrii on a 4.0 console, would i be able to use a wad manager autoboot disk, and install System_Menu_289.wad to downgrade the console??

By doing so, i think it would just install system menu 3.2. This is just a thought right now, but i havent seen this anywhere online.... by doing this, will it brick the wii??

4.0 contains trucha fixes on all IOS.
Means that discs not signed by Nintendo do not boot.

4.0 contains effective anti Twilight Hack measures.

4.0 contains dummy files to block "popular" IOSes such as IOS16, IOS30, IOS254 to keep you from installing older IOS files and exploit their vulnerabilities (IOS254 is meant to block Patchmii)

Since IOS30 was "dummied" by Nintendo, downgrading the System Menu to 3.2 without installing an working IOS30 would surely cause a black screen brick.

Other "bright" thing that could be done is run Wad manager and attempt to "un-install" the system menu.
Unwise as there's more than just the system menu on it's folder and Wad manager *DOES NOT UNINSTALL STUFF*... It simply *DELETES THE WHOLE FOLDER*. I mean that if you run "uninstall WAD" on wad manager in the wrong places you might delete irreplaceable system files and cause a black screen brick.

So here's the golden advice... If you don't know what you're doing and don't care/bother with learning how it work, at least use some automated tool that has been tested properly.
