hi...i've installed hbc in my original 4.0 fw with this:

i created a folder in my sd called "apps" and put my apps in...
i tried wad manager, gecko os and others...i put the usb loader by waninkoko but hbc don't show that in the menu...i tried installing a wad file of usb loader but it say me error usb subsys ecc...[ret=-6]...

what can i do???
the hbc doesn't show cios downgrader, too.

I've done this before. Is the .dol file named boot.dol?

It must be named boot.dol for it to show up.
