Ok so this is what i did or have done so far.
I used the twilight hack on a virgin wii 3.4u and installed have installed HBC.
Now from there I used Wanikokos firmware 4.0 upgrade and that went well.
Now I am trying to install cIOS36-rev10 but when I do it gives me an error while trying to install ticket. I have tried bot the network install and wad install and same error. Now i have tried to use anytitledeleter to uninstall ios 249 or is it ios 257 anyways one of those but when anytitledeleter loads, it kicks out errors stating that it could not find the region for my wii and could not load read some file or something like that. So when it finally loads, I go to the ios that i want to uninstall and then that gives me errors too. So I could not uninstall it. So then i tried to run cIOS installer for rev 10 it says that cannot find custom firmware. But yet HBC works and so does the wii. All my games work normally but I cannot install cIOS rev 10 so I could get the USB Loader to work. So im stuck. Thanks ahead of time.
