Alright, I purchased a Savemii dongle. I inserted it and it reads 3.2 EUR. The problem is that I live in the USA so I only have access to usa games. Is there anyway for me to unbrick my wii? I tried putting in Animal Crossing, Brawl, Wii music, nothing worked. I need to change my firmware back to USA.

What kinda brick are you trying to fix?

1) wii setting display an error but games load ok?
2) banner brick. wii loads to a missing page error?
3) black screen brick. wii turns on but no display on screen at all?

1) the game should just load as normal in this case. just boot a game with higer firmware the normal way.

2) if using a modchip too. then will need to use bootmii and set autoboot flag and it should then work with savemii

3) total black screen and no wiimotes work.

I'm having the same problem as this as is another member from this forum. I'm still looking to try to fix.

I have an opera error. I've been looking all day and I can not find anything. I don't have a modchip.

Opera error when wii starts I take it.

I'm not 100% sure on this but I think you may need to buy a drivechip. install it even if just tempory. this should allow you to boot a game from the savemii recovery mode. and allow to update the wii. which will reinstall the system menu and fix your console

that more depends on your skills. there are a number of chips available now. and if look at the bottom of this forum there is a lot of recommened shops. if have a look thou there catalogues and match with the model of wii you have sure you will find a solution that suits
