Got a stupid question
I have a very dumb question that I hope I don't get flamed for. If someone has a modchip installed, does this allow them to play both ROMS and backups or backups only? I understand the HB channel gets you access to ROM playing, but is there a way to run WiiWare, VC, etc with a modchip and no HB channel?
