Default Emulator (SNES9x) on a disc - HELP!!

I have a working SNES disc that I got from a torrent a LONG time ago, it's the multi-boot rom pack (snes9x plus ROMs).

I really want to add a ROM (Terranigma) to it, but I can't get it to work.

Here's what I did. I copied all the files from the working disc to my computer (Apps, BIOS, Config, Media, ROMs, boot.catalog, and bootldr.dol). I added the Terranigma ROM into the ROMs folder, created an ISO out of it all, padded the ISO to 1,459,978,240 bytes, and burned it at 4x using imgburn and my trusty Verbatim discs (my Wii likes verbatim discs burned at 4x with imgburn).

The new disc doesn't read. I've made 4 coasters now, and I concede the fact that I must've done something wrong.

Can anybody help?

odd, check if the rom is in its correct format ( i believe for SNES it is .smc, and also i would suggest just to download the multipack roms torrents that concludes of all the classics like NES, SNES, Sega Genesis, Megadrive, and Turbographx... i got it and everything is working great with it... and the best thing about it it includes ALL released roms ^_^ so as I dont have time to check, i still believe that rom should be the download... I can check and post back here within the next 2-3 as I am busy but it should have it!

If you have problems seeding let me know, i can seed for you directly (if you have Azureus)
