How can I recover my Weather/News Channels?

I accidentally used the wrong version of duplicate channel remover and lost my 2 channels.

I have CIOS 37 and changed my region to NTSC U from NTSC J.

Now when I start my Wii there are 2 temporary slots for my channels. When I click on them, they tell my the service is not there and to update. I update and the channels are still not there! How do i recover my 2 channels?

BTW I have a WiiKey with 1.9s

over 50 views with no replies.

I recovered them by running both version 1 and version 2 of duplicate channel remover japan. then i updated with mario kart wii ntsc u and they came back. seems like duplicate channel remover version 2 removes the channel from the wii interface but duplicate channel remover version 1 actually removes the whole channel
