Savegame Extractor

Is there a way to extract savegames for games like VC or Wiiware saves using the Savegame Extractor.

Since it requires a game disc and VC and Wiiware games are not on disc, how would I do this.

There are several Wiiware saves that cannot be copied using the system menu because the use Nintendo Wifi.

Since I use dial-up, I don't care about the Wifi Connection.
