Homebrew and Nintendo's Updates

I was wondering what the new 3.3 (and future updates) might do with homebrew and other installs.

I have installed the WAD Installer with the Twilight Hack (with the savegame). Then I installed the WAD Uninstaller and a WAD Injected Rom (or something to play Super Mario). I also have a WiiWare title (illegal, to demo/ test drive it).
I want to install the Homebrew Channel (and for the 3.2 firmware that is possible, now for the 3.3 also, i read on this forum).

I was wondering what will happen when I update my console to the 3.3 firmware.
Will the above (1) WAD In/ Uninstaller (2) Super Mario (3) WiiWare and (4) Homebrew Channel continue to work?

I am a little to dumb to understand all the filesystem, firmware, what does and uses what to figure it out...
