Updating to 3.3U w/o Internet?

My Wii semibricked when I went from 3.1U to 3.2E, so to un-semibrick it I need to update to 3.3U. The only problem is my Wii can't go online becuase I can't access the settings menu.

So my question is: is there any way to update the firmware without going online with the Wii, like via an SD card or something? I know the update should be included in the next first party Wii game, but I have no idea when that will come out.

You can update with a 3.2U game and you'll be fine. Try some of the new USA games, you'll get it.

You could also use one of those new unbricking DVD's no?

I was under the impression they fixed semi-bricks, without the internet and didn't require a modchip.

They do require a Mod chip as you will be burning them on a DVD...And they will fix a semi-brick...I semi-bricked mine after going to 3.2U, it fixed it back to a 3.2u
