I found one, but it hasnt been updated in years and its really hard to create a big libarary of games with it since each game has to be patched through the file they provide.
My question is... is there an emulator that works similarly to the SNES one, where It auto runs and then I just pick a directory wiht all the genesis Roms?
On demonoid.com I found an ISO for 4 emulators nes,snes,sega genisis, gba and it works. Search "wii snes"

This ISO is a multi-boot gamecube setup, you can load either Nes, Snes, GBA, or the Genesis emulator.
THIS REQUIRES WIIKEY or the other WII HACKS and I suspect will not work in the gamecube!!
For saving nes, snes, and genesis all you need is a normal GC memory card.
Use the NEWEST version of WINACE V2.65 to uncompress
Just Burn the ISO, insert into a modded Wii and enjoy,
Hint for people with the Wireless Wavebird Controller you MUST turn it ON inside the Wii Selection menu before you start the Game Cube game *grumbles*
