tutorial for replacing disc slot led.

I would like to change the colour of my disc slot on my wii. However, I do not know how, more importantly I don't want to break anything.

Moreover, I do not know what parts to get to replace the original leds.

I've seen some pics posted here of this mod, can anyone help me with this?

hi m8 u dont really need a tutorial for that sorta stuff, u buy the led's desolder original ones and put ur new ones in, if u arnt confident enough to do it u might be better asking someone who does mods for people alot, if ur uk i can help ya out Here however if u know wot u can do with a soldering (i mean if u know how to use one hehe) id be glad to help ya out with wot led's to get etc an tips for desoldering original ones

I'm pretty experienced at soldering actually, just don't know the exact parts to buy. but I guess with some care I can take the original led out and match it with ones from the shop.

I was hoping that people that took the time to do this mod could shed some light, so it won't be that hard for me.

EDIT: I got the area of interest opened, I see 2 very very tiny leds, I think they are mounted on an angle directed inwards. now for the replacement, does anyone know what type of led I should use to replace them? thanks.
