Hey All,

I recently bought a secondhand Wii, and have been loving it (3.2u).

It already had Homebrew, Coverflow etc on it. I've been using an external HDD to load in games. I've also just recently bought MotionPlus controllers.

So here is what happened. I had the MotionPlus controller attached to a Wiimote. The Wii was on and my girlfriend started playing with the controller and disconnected the MotionPlus add-on.

I then started playing Wii Sports tennis and noticed the Wiimote appeared to be out of synch (not all swings were connecting).

Then i'm not sure what happened, but I tried synching the Wiimote, restarted and had a black screen.

When I press any of the buttons on the Wiimote all the lights flash. I cannot turn the Wii off or on from the Wiimote either (but I don't think I ever could).

When I start the Wii, the blue disc drive light flashes once, the resolutions changes on my screen, the disc driver starts whirring, making loading, grinding type sounds and then it stops and nothing happens and the resolution changes on the screen (1080pi flashes up on my TV screen)

I can't synch the Wiimotes and nothing loads.

I know there are some other threads on Black Screens but I don't think this was caused by installing any new apps or anything. I'm a bit of newbie and would really be so grateful if anyone can help.

I'm really gutted, I've just got into gaming and was loving my Wii, I feel quite devastated and confused.

Your bluetooth module just died by the sounds of things, replacing that should resolve it
