I had bought the wii modchip from consolesource and here it is link Official WiiKey Mod Chip With Hologram - ModChips - Nintendo Wii - ConsoleSource.com and i had install it but still i cant run the copied wii games,i heared that i had to run a setup disc but how to do that please help.

First some things to check...

1. Did you solder the right points, are the points connected good?
2. Do you have a DMS, D2A, D2B, Or D2B Chipset
3. ConsoleSource isn't on Wiikey's trusted resellers, did it come with a Hologram and are you sure it isn't a clone.

As for utility disc, you will need a torrent client to download it from here...

After you download it, extract it and burn to a DVD-R using ImgBurn or Nero. Then pop it in the Wii.

could be a clone wiikey with a hologram sticker.....it might sound stupid but i've encountered hundreds of wiikeys with original hologram sticker and onc the config discs go in, it is a clone.

hmm...

if your supplier purchases his wiikeys in china they are all preinstalled to jap so you have to burn the config disc regarding to your wii region and put it in wii drive ... using a gamecube controller you can setup the modchip to your region and flash with actual firmware ... 1.9s is latest ...

i never had a wiikey that works after installing it ... ever had to configurate ...

I'd check the solder points again. Maybe when you reassembled the unit, one of the soldered wires came undone. I had this happen to me before and it was just a simple check that did the trick. Again, the suggestions of running the config disk is probably the right place to start.
