News and Forcast Channel Asking me to Update

I just turn on my Wii and I saw News and Forcast Channel Icons White and Grey. I clicked it and the Start Button was replaced with Update. Is Nintendo trying to remove homebrew? I don't know. I have 3.2U and cIOS. It never did this till today.
