PAL NGC games on NTSC-J Wii

How do I make them running on a NTSC-J Wii?
Some games works, like Zelda Collector's Edition, others need to be pressing and holding B to make them run in 60hz, like SSBM and others don't work at all. Is there anyway to trick the games to run in 60hz?
Some games got an option where you can choose to play in 50hz or 60hz when booting up on the Gamecube but that option don't seems to show up when holding B on the Wii.
I've also tried the GcOS, the games shows up on the booting menu but none of the options work, some gives a black screen and others gives a green screen...
Also wondered if Freeloader is worth a try? The NGC games are retail copies if that has something to do with it.
