Silicone Wii Cover?

I saw this on Deal Extreme today: DealExtreme: $9.36 Silicone Protective Skin for Wii Consoles (Red).
It looks cool, but would there be any problems with it (Holds heat in or something)
Just want to be sure before I buy it.

i dont think so aslong as the fan wents are open and all the other ports

The last one I put on a Wii for a customer didn't cause any heat issues and the vent holes were not covered.
