Wii settings menu error

i have a Japanses Wii with Wiikey installed on it

i think this problem was here for a few months but only noticed it since i wanted to setup wifi for wii so i can play mario kart and brawl online.

everytime i enter wii settings menu, i get this white screen with this cannot access web adress

you tried to access the address marc: JP/JP/JPN/indexo1.html blah blah blah.

is my wii bricked?

coz i can do EVERYTHING else on the wii just not enter wii settings menu...

how can i fix this?

It seems like a semi-bricked wii. Did you update from a Mario Kart Wii PAL? If you did that's the prob. To recover there are 2 ways. First find a New game of your region with the newest update and update.
Second there are homebrew-tools just to recover from semi brick. I don't give any links and i hope everyone else do the same. It's good to SEARCH!!!! sometimes. There are numerous posts and guides out there for this problem.
