It seems to improve the drive, but still have issues every time the power plug is pulled.. any numbers on the length needed on the clock wire?

routet the clock wire around the board, now it boots everytime..

Extending the wire, and routing the wire around the board seemed to do the trick! the Drive boots up every time, Red to green! even after pulling the power plug and reinserting. its awesome, and alive...

So is this a hardware flaw or something that can fixed with firmware update?
(timing adjustment I guess)

Doesnt really need a fw update, if this works.

All thats needed is for wasabi to say 'make sure the clk wire is at least 12in or whatever the required length is.

They did this with the 3.3v and everyon just accepted it.

i might have to re think about getting the d2pro since wasabi is back in action just need to se a firmware update from them to pull me on to the wasabi side, just want a bit more proof that support exists and will exist

Well I for one, will not accept it. Its a little strange that some wasabi's work just fine with short wires, and others don't. I would not call this a permanent solution. Hopefully a official fix will come forward.
