Seperate Sections for each DS Flash Cart

I think the site should have this because there are certain issues that only apply for certain flashcarts (like the R4DS and the wii connectivity issue). This could also give people a specific place to discuss concerns with the staff of said chip. Just a thought. Thanks for reading.

That was my idea at first. But it was decided that they would be added in later if the DS section got enough interest.
