Waninkoko has released Custom MIOS rev5

I don't know which are the changes. rev5 is basically what rev4 was going to be but with some updated code.

rev4 was scheduled to be released ~1 year ago. That's why I don't remember its changes (I just know it has some general improvements).

I am thankful for you even working on the gamecube part. I don't like to open my games I purchase but am not rich enough to buy two copies of everything and some of my backups do not work currently.
