Wii USB LOADER v1.1 by Waninkoko

Waninkoko has officially released his controversial app. It has already been updated to version 1.1

USB Loader v1.1

31/03/2009 por ( Waninkoko )

Descripción:

USB Loader es una aplicacion para la Nitendo Wii que te permite poder instalar y cargar tus backups desde un dispositivo de almacenamiento USB.

Kudos to kwiirk for his great job with the EHCI module and libwbfs.

FOR ENGLISH READERS:

Changelog (according to translated threads on TeknoConsolas):

No longer has the bug of the free space (which marked a great wrong in devices), plus show you the size of the games.

Also added a possible fix for some games that might not work.

The "date Bug" on Animal Crossing, Wii Sports and other games that use the date has also been fixed.

This version is confirmed working and could very well be the best thing since sliced bread.

For an installation tutorial check Brakken's essential Mod Ya Wii FAQ.

Please discuss/post issues in the backup loaders forum. We appreciate all support you can give to other members by creating FAQ's, tutorials or other stuff you feel will help.

If you have 4.0 and The Homebrew Channel installed, I'm assuming it will work. Try it out and let us know.

So long as you had installed a cIOS before the update, it'll be fine.

One more thing, is the WBFS by kwiirk required to install and boot the backups from a USB Device?

No, you can install backups using the USB Loader.

I had problems with my harddrive showing up in the USB Loader, but I just uninstalled the cIOS rev9, installed cIOS USB beta3, installed cIOS rev9 again and it worked beautifully!

Ext HDD works good? Or just pendrive/flashdrive?

I'm thinking about buying this http://go.iomega.com/section?secid=76835
Works?

Thanks.
