I have the homebrew channel logically and the only CIos I have is the Rev9 my las update was from Madworld.

The "Press any button to continue..." shows up 5 seconds after "PARTY PACK for REVOLUTION (RHAE)" or any other game for that matter. None of the games i have tried have gotten installed...

Any help would be appreciated.
That game is only around 86MB so it installs in around 5 seconds. As for why other games have not gotten installed, did you let the USB Loader format the drive first? Have you tried a different USB Drive?

i just wanted to state that wani and kwiirk rule, no matter what marcan and others say.

this is exactly what i waited for since hdl for the ps2.

now the only problem i have is that some games (originals, for example zelda and rrr-tvparty) hang at 0% when installing via wii and the usbloader.

installing through pc works.

and some nice new features would be:
1) game renaming (some of the default names are rather strange)
2) wifi installation of isos from pc to wii and extraction from wii to pc via wifi (from usbloader)
3) a method to directly start usbloader without going though the system menu.
4) we may need defrag/repair utilities for the hdds some day.

and maybe someday someone even manages ios/systemmenu emulation like on the psp :-)

and now the best thing about this app:
playing with your wii and haring nothing(!) from your console. i have a rather quiet hdd drive attached to it, and since the dvd drive obviously shuts down and the vent is so silent, you hear nothing :-)

I used my original of Zelda when I installed it and had no problem installing it.

There is no need the have CIOS 7/8 already installed as rev. 9 would replace it anyway.

As long as you have a method to launch homebrew, you are good to go.

I understand that it's small, but it doesn't show up in the game list. I have tried 2 other USB drives, and each time it has found and formatted the drive.

as far as I know the release 1.0 en 1.1 needs to have the dvd drive attached to the wii in order to boot the game...

Hopely that will be different in future releases.

I have tried 2 games so far: Resident Evil 4 and Mariokart. RE loads fine, but when i try to start a game (go from the menu to the actual game itself), it is stuck on Loading.... endlessly. Mariokart sticks on the white 'be careful not to hit people with the wii remote' screen. I am getting frustrated. Are these issues only I am having, or is someone else having these problems as well? perhaps a compatibility list could get started someplace?
