Well yeah, it'd be the best solution even for the modders that hate clips and only like to solder their points... This could really become a true universal modchip unless Nintendo find a way around in a future firmware or build a different board...
It's still too hard for me to believe a 'solderless' & 'clipless' modchip could exist in the near future but I sure do hope Flatmii are working on it... If they can't then I hope all these other manufacturers see the concept and improve on the idea!

Why not leave your dvd drive out and replace it with a wireless usb hub. I have a wireless usb hub that works on anything you plug into it, this device would be no exception.
