Well only few comments:

1- Wiiclip is for free to all users, is not necessary to buy it separatelly like WASABI, simple because is FOR FREE on board, infact the price of ARGON2 will be similar than a wasabi without wiiclip. So Who want to use it is on board, who don't need there are pads for WIRES. So infact the modchip is ready for ALL boards. Add the wiiclip on board cut off the production price of the CLIP in a way that is not reachable for any competitor with a separate clip.
Of course the firmware inside is 6 wires for glue consoles and who don't like the clip... more tech spec about firmware will be release soon.

2- ARGONCHANNEL is a way to promote homebrew to the final users, this channel and documentation is studied to be userfriendly and bring in the hands to the final users an easy way to use the WII HOMEBREW without be a "EXPERT PLAYER". Simply read the updated "software" list that we add every day, press install and enjoy many many application that are POSTED from developers directly on our website like a BIG comunity... how many WII users are able to play a DVD FILM on WII??? Simple press install on ARGONCHANNEL and use it ! So infact we invest money to bring more easy and usefull the homebrew scene, and have one "channel" where developer could distribute the software in a easy and powerfull way.

4- 32 PINS flat connector is a WINDOW on a complete new scenario, first COOL application will be the D2NOTHING drive... so infact argon2 is ready to work on this drive, we need only to finish the firmware develop... so right now ARGON2 firmware for D2nothing is not ready but hardware yes.

ON 29th we will ship samples to the best websites like wiinewz, I think first week of jan there will be some good review based on tests..

ARGON2 is not in competition with WIIKEY2 or similar modchip, is not in competition with the EXPERT USERS that honestly right now don't need a modchip at all with "soft mod"...
This modchip is for who haven't time, who want to be ready without be a "WII HACKER", who is a simple WII user like the 99% of the "target" of this console.

WIRE INSTALLERS, HACKERS AND ALL IS EXPERT USER of course is better that use another cheaper solutions not for sure ARGON2 .

One important piece of ARGON2 project is the ONLINE website that is integrated with ARGON2... so is important that the comunity wait to see the website too, than will be more clear what we are doing with ARGONCHANNEL, why we take over 6 months to be ready...

I provide all the information, they still get it wrong. I have accepted that some people aint built for any sort of fussen around, they just aint.They wanna play, have a simple interface to operate under. You all know the kind im talkin about. A seemless intergration of homebrew seems to be a logical next step, but only if it is just that.It has to work seemlessly.

It is this audience they are targeting.Can they can support it?? We are not talking about a small venture here. If they can, then yeah for sure I can totally be sold on the 4th geny speech, blah blah, hooorah. If it sucks....well.... they have only themselves to blame.

I shall watch from the sidelines and observe.

If it's a good buy, i will buy it.

They had a good product once but their continueous false promises and lies didn't do them any good. I would suggest waiting this out a bit since it might be not as good as they wanna make you think it is.

this all sounds good but i think its too late into the game to be releasing a new chip...having internet updates is great but seems like we are at a point where the chips dont need to be updated so this feature would be useless.....only time chips are updated is when a new chipset arrives in which case all manufacturer release new revisions of modchips...with so many cheaper and stable options available like d2sun.d2pro9 and wasabi .i only see argon being sucessful if its on par or cheaper than the other chips available

To OZMODSZ:
Right now we plan to port the D2E firmware to INFECTUS, the ARGON2 develope keep us busy... because INFECTUS2 has a PARALLEL flash we need to "convert" the "serial" SPI firmware to the parallel version... It takes about 2 weeks. I cannot promise that INFECTUS2 will support ARGONCHANNEL.
With infectus2 we want to release a DUAL FIRMWARE for LITEON and fix the last PS3 NAND SUPPORT...

To others:
Well infact I understand the people that don't trust argon team, I can only say pls. wait that samples will be shipped for testing than all could read about REAL opinions based on REAL hardware in the hands.
We learned about our mistakes and the result is ARGON2... we fix the quality process before release updates, we improve study and reversing of DVD drive microcontrollers...
ARGON2 is DVD updatable, INTERNET updatable and support ALL boards with 6 wires...
