Why is everyone bashing Wasabi? Last I checked they where the ones that created the first drive chip for the Wii that was compatible with all 3 old drives and the new D2C drives. They also created the 9 Wire solution that allows the D2C drive to function with less wires to install where everyone else and even D2CPro had a 30 wire solution that could easily turn a novice level solderer away. D2CPro and all the other 9 wire chips out there were DlCK EATING ( DlCK EATING = COPYING ) Wasabi's idea from the beginning. Why is everyone bashing their creative innovations as if they have or had nothing to bring to the table?
I think there is a lot of Wassabi bashing because they made big claims about their product which is very buggy.
Did they really need to make there chip compatable with every drive? I wouldnt put a higher priced modchip in a drive that can be modded for a fraction of the price (why put a d2pro in a drive that takes a wiikey) , so it seemed kinda pointless. Oh, and the support they offer (does it exist) is very poor.
I recognise that they are skilled (much much much higher than me) but they are not delivering HIGH quality product and until they can deliver promises and updates rapidly then i think wassabi bashi will continue.

Some of us knew about it but never released the news... like I posted earlier. Just because you have done it doesn't mean someone else hasnt.
And the first to announce it wins the race, Wasabi also has proof via Oz's videos first too. (I’m not a Wasabi fan but that’s the truth)

Yeah, i mean if wasabi announces it first, and then D2Pro releases it way before them, who is the winner? Wasabi obviously. Where the heck did you get that logic?
