a full brick renders the wii unbootable. you cant play any games or do anything with it, there's just an error screen similar to the semi-brick one, except it comes up as soon as you switch on the wii and there's no way around it.
this means you cant un-brick it with a disc, as it won't read one.
Ok tnx. But how then do you full brick it? What can go so wrong so it gets fully bricked? I donīt want it bricked of course but is a bit curious.
The way to fully brick is unknown but it happens as well from playing out of region games from what I remember Super Paper Mario NTSC would fully brick a PAL Wii. There was another time when trying to fix a semibrick it ended up fully bricks, also my Miidia project ended up brinking a Wii during the Channel install. I think my wii is semi bricked (loads to the main screen but wont reconise any disc i put in the drive) what is a good program to use to put the image file on a dvd disc to upload this file???
can i play Trucha signed disc installing this update?
(ex. Guitar Hero 3 Custom)
Yes Trucha signed disc will still work with this update

I had responded in your other thread as well asking what Modchip you had inside your Wii. As for best software to use for burning this ISO I would suggest using ImgBurn it is free and does a great job.
