I haven't even bothered to try SNES9X on the Wii until they added classic controller support. Now that I see it's present, I'd like to ask a question before I go out and buy 2 classic controllers...

What's the emulation speed like on the Wii version of SNES9X? Is it 100% SNES speed?

I remember trying the SNES9X emulator on the PS2 and it was slower than the real SNES on several games. I know the Wii is quite a bit more powerful than the PS2, but I still feel the need to ask.

It's possible that some games don't work correctly, but from the games I've played so far, there have been no issues. They ran at full-speed for me.

This may be a silly question, but can someone please explain to me how I would go about creating a disc with this emulator and the roms. I have roms and I have the .dol and.elf files, but I don't know exactly what to do with them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You!!!

you can't do that yet man. They haven't figured out how to access the DVD drive in wii mode. You could boot the emulator with trucha, but the roms have to be on SD card. You will have to wait some more if you need them on DVD.

Have you ever booted a elf on your wii?
You need to use a method like the twilight hack, and then boot the .elf.
