If I'm not mistaken, bricked consoles are usually fixed by installation of a newer firmware of the correct region.
I'm simply wondering whether a reinstallation of the
current firmware version (which apparently could be initiated after deleting the channels) could also repair it.
Edit: Could anyone verify that the local channels would be reinstalled after another update?
