That's awesome, but I don't have that kind of money, I'll stick with emulators for the time being. I have three NES's, all they needed was replacement pins, and that is already done. I also have one of those tiny NES consoles with the weird looking controller

If you have not done so Already I would recamend you download the splatterhouse patch from this website to convert it into a powerpack supported mapper game and give it a try. Its a fun game and much more pleaseing to play on a real NES than with emulation

Glad to see there are other PowerPak users here. It is one of my prized possessions.

I do have to say it's a cool device, but I kinda wish there was a schematic out there for it for a homebrew one.

There is a homebrew version-kind of. Interesting if nothing else. His site is loaded with neat projects.

Well, seems like he has not been making them for months.. maybe he is using all his spare time soldering the usb copy nes, anyhow.. NeoFlash is coming with one now, and it's not a clone of powerpak it seems, though, that may be a "bad" thing, considering I have my doubts they will make as good mapper emulation as a real nes enthusiast..

So there may be several choices in the future And my guess is that NeoFlash will be a cheap (and possibly bad though) solution... lets hope for MMC5

It has not been that many months its just that he runs out of stock fast. He sends out to a shop in china to do his production and I guess he dose not get very large batches made.

Yes its definitely one of the best NES games out there.

btw don’t count on the Neoflash one being worth a shit, after all they are Neoflash.......
