Nope but there are DSi compatable carts avable. check out the flash cart section there are posts on the topic.

the "upgraded" new versions of the cards are avable and are usually named the same as the old card but with the lettter i at the end.

The old N5, R4 can't work on DSi, now there are so many i series for DSi, then can work well on NDSi and NDSL .
Now a new card from M3 Team ,named M3i Zero just released, it is the best card for dsi.
