I did post this before but as the forum had some problems this post was lost.

I purchased a DSTT from this Site which didnt arrive for weeks i then emailed many many times with no responce (i explained this was a birthday present for a 5 year old) then 2 days before the birthday , i threated to dispute payment within 20mins an email arrives saying your order has been dispatched. the package arrived the next day ,opened the package and it was obvious the DSTT was not new the software disc was missing and to my Horror the Card was Dead (this im sure was done on purpose). i then emailed, and emailed. i contacted paypal after a week ,who settled in favour of these cowboys because the item was delivered (it doesnt matter if it doesnt work, paypal dont care). i then kept emailing and threatened to goto TS what a surprise this andrew replys and gives me details to return the DSTT so i returned to Recorded delivery which arrived the next morning and was signed for. Now it has been 3 weeks since i returned the broken dstt and what a surprise no DSTT and will not respond to any emails.

do not order anything from consoleup you have been Warned.

i would also like to point out that these DSTT's are surposed to come with a 2 year warrenty and as ConsoleUp would not reply i contacted the people who make the DSTT many,many times and they were the same wouldnt reply to any emails. i was very polite and no answer.

just something to consider as ive spent £30 on nothing.

I am sorry you got problems with consoleup, I myself have bough two CycloDS from them on different ocassions and I did not have any problems.

I am sure if you stay in contact with them they will solve your problems.

ive brought 4 other R4DS's from them before with no problem at all. now they are simply ignoring every email, there stupid fault because i was recommending them to most people and would have used them all the time for my modding needs.

the mark of a good online company is not when everything goes right but how they act when things go wrong.

still wont repond to any emails, and emails sent to this Andrew from consoleup and now bounced straight back with an auto responce saying submit a ticket (which doesnt get you anywhere)
returned 4 weeks ago after 3 months of getting nowhere its pretty plain to see i have been ripped of by these jokers at ConsoleUp.com

Still No DSTT or Reply from CONSTOLEup.com, being ripped off by these little tits is really p*&*ing me off.

wont reply to any type of email, been trying to resolve this for months now. £30 down the toilet.

I must say I've ordred quite a few M3 DS Real's from them and have never had a problem.
Also recomended them to a few friends!

thanks for the offer h90, what i did in the end was gave my misses DSTT to the kid (Neighbours kid) , and brought another DSTT from Microdirect of all places as they had some in stock for a short time.

Hehe what is the neighbours kid doing with a faulty DSTT?

?? my other half already had a dstt so gave him that one, i had to order another dstt from microdirect so had to pay twice.
