i can say that i deal with deal extreme all the time and never had any problems. order a bunch of stuff always shipped within the time frame they said and never had a problem. sucks to hear about people with problems from companys like this

to be honest i think you are asking a bit much expecting them to send another product out without you returning the other, especially as you say your reasons for not returning it are that your daughter is using it! its essentially second hand now and they are well within their rights to not accept it back at all. I do agree a refund of the difference would have been fair.
