How to install:

Step 1, line the WII-CLIP onto the corresponding MOD chip board, and solder all pins.







Step 2, Please use the "protect label" to cover these test points, for the open-short protection.


Step 3. Plug and Play.




If you don't need the region free function, pass this step.

Sorry may be a crazy question, but I ordered my argon 1.8 with WII clip. On the four point region free do the letters correspond with the letters on the chip. For instance I'm in the US so I do SX, P, Q, and O on board and chip? The reason I am asking is because I am looking at some of the install pics and I see they have R soldered on the chip to another point. Any clue what that is?

Got a Solderless Argon spi Chip & Wii-clip so i just click it in and put the case back on right most games work but mario party 8 does not it starts than says "The game Disc could not be read. Please refer to your Wii Operations Manual for more information."
I now copy that game 3 times now so i open up the wii take the clip off and put it back on but i did not put the case back so so the dvd is upright . Power back up and now the mario party works all the time but when the case is on it does not work .
I use verbatim dvd-r
