YOU SHOULD NEVER UNINSTALL THE SYSTEM MENU WAD BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT BOOTS YOUR WII UP. So if it's gone, so is your wii.
The wad I've included is the original 3.2U wad. So by installing that over your customised health screen wad, it brings your wii back to factory firmware (meaning exactly how it is on a normal 3.2U wii).
Installing this wad will return everything to normal but you will have to reinstall any patches you may have installed previously using Preloader, Starfall or CIOSCorp (and any other menu patchers i may have missed). By patches I mean stuff like the recovery mode, region free channels etc.
PS: Sorry if the fonts are huge on your screen and look horrible, i have a huge widescreen and it looks goo too me but i cant make changes unless i know how it looks on most screens.

Hi this is my problem
I was on 3.2U using a custom health screen but i decided to upgrade using wanikoko upgrade tool to 4.0 version. I did it but I forgot about the custom health screen that only works for 3.2 so I installed and then my system menu got back to 3.2U but I think I have 4.0 installed because I can enter now thw shop channel. My question is what happen?, Do I have an hybrid between 3.2 and 4.0. So far I don't have a Semibrick just after instaling the wad of the custom health screen the sd menu disapear and my menu says 3.2U
Can i go back to 4.0 system menu?
