GCOS Old Versions

All the old GCOS releases starting from 1.0 up to 1.x.

Just to clear it up, the order was:
1.0->1.5->1.X (Actual GCOS officially stopped here).
Then there was the stripped down versions for GC/Wii called "multigame versions" (v1,v2,v3, v4 and now DVD9 v4f+).
