I am running a American 4.2u Wii, it does have HBC, and a Wiikey gen 1 in it.

Now, the problem is, When I add DVD dumper 1.2 the screen just goes black and nothing loads, so I must need to install a Custom IOS.
Could someone please let me know how and what IOS's I need to install.

It says I need IOS 249, but when I tried to install it with Dop-IOS-MOD v8 (from Tehskeen) it said I need to install a ios that would allow a fake signature.

Could anyone help
