Apps won't start

i'm troubled right now
i really have no idea why its not working.
RegionFree Ocarina and HomebrewBrowser won't start.
I get the message "This is not a valid wii application"
the HBC updated itself a few days ago and after that these programs stopped working.
I'm on 3.2E
no Memory cards and GC Controller are plugged.
WAD Installer Uninstaller and Manager are also not working
only the emulators are working fine

That's because those apps are currently using elf files and need to be dol files to run in HBC 9.
