wii emulation using the wii 'classic' controllers

well, i am drunk, and while i was drinking a couple of friends ran the twilight hack on my wii. they installed a snes emulator, but no controls would work at all. they couldn't even load a game.

but, they could load some ancient pc games and use the wii mote IR instead of the mouse, so obviously it should be possible. so they got homebrew or whatnot working.

i think they kind of think i was taking advantage of them for the geekiness, so if you guys could help me make ths work that would be super. thanks!

I downloaded the homebrew channel and some emulators with the wiipack generator also. I can't get my SNES9X to work. same problem as yours. My NES and my Sega Genesis and my GBA work real well. I think it has something to do with what ver. your wii is. Mine is on 3.2u and i also tried installing different versions of the Snes9x and i got one of them to respond to the wii mote but can't get it to load a game. let me know if you fixed this problem or not. still working on mine.
