After some playing i figured out it was just suposed to go in the root directory.

Tell me, how long have you been using a computer? if the "apps" folder isn't there, just make it, you n00b.

My whole life.

I just had just started messing with homebrew, read vague instructions and i did not know apps folder went in the root directory.
