SSSPSX joke or reality?

They call it Assasin Loader.
Here is the description entered on wiibrew.org:

Hello and welcome to the first PSX ISO loader for the wii! Otherwise then the N64 Emulator, it's running at orginal speed! And the graphics are good too! It's just like the old PS1. Installation:

1. Go to the download source. 2. Scroll down and find SSSPSX 3. Download it 4. Extract it. 5. Open your SD card and make a new folder named 'SSSPSX' and make two sub-folders: 'SAVES' and 'GAMES'. Put games in 'GAMES'. Now the emulator is not dol or elf file, that's why this is under "Loaders", it is a new method of loading! 6. Just put emulator and files in 'apps' and make a new folder for emulator. 7. put all files here and start playing!

I really hope for it to be real, but I doubt it.
