Probably because you got the wrong version mate, V4 is for D2Pro, you needed V4C and D2Pro-9

Clips are a hit and miss thing, mate. IF it doesnt work then removed and reinstall with LOTS of force. if that doesnt work then send it back and find an installer in your area.

you need to not solder all the 9 points , only 5 !

block the rest off, dont let it make contact with the clip.

I have cut legs, with the Wlip and WiiKey. That does the job. It's not easy to install but i did it and was a noob and it still works :-)
